We’re very excited to announce our first Spring Teacher Showcase! This upcoming April 16th from 11am to 3pm, stop by Mt. Hebron Presbyterian Church in Ellicott City, Maryland to meet four of our awesome music teachers.
You’ll be able to learn more about how we can help you learn music, meet some of the experts who teach with us, and enjoy some free food while you’re here!
Who’ll Be There
Michael Berwanger teaches violin and viola with us. A former educator in the Baltimore County School System, she’s been teaching music for over 40 years. Her string students regularly earn first chair placements.
Chuck Ferrell is an experienced percussion teacher in all styles and disciplines, and has students ranging all ages. In addition to teaching, Chuck is also a professional performing and recording artist, regularly performing with jazz, rock, and country artists.
Eunyoung Lee teaches piano with us here at The Lesson Foundry. She began performing as a church accompanist at age 11, and has been teaching and performing for over 25 years.
Greg Thompkins is one of our amazing woodwind teachers, and is also a renowned performing artist here in the Baltimore area, boasting a career as a musician for over 30 years. His young students regularly place first chair in their local school bands, and several earn scholarships from prestigious universities and colleges.
Our owners Jordan, Josh, and Kim will all be present to serve you and answer any questions you might have about our program! We look forward to seeing you there!
